London, United Kingdom Jul 18, 2022 (Issuewire.com) - To mark its launch and celebrate a new era of creative and conscious travel, online travel platform ROADBOOK has commissioned ten artists to each create a postcard exploring the theme of what a journey means to them through illustration, poetry, photography, and more.
The project, part of an ongoing creative series called Postcards from ROADBOOK, has resulted in a limited-edition set of ten original designs available to order via the ROADBOOK store.
Each artist's response varies in style, spanning graphic pieces, figurative works, landscapes, and street photography. For its inaugural series, ROADBOOK selected ten emerging artists in diverse locations, from the countryside of Portugal to the streets of Hong Kong.

The postcards are made using environmentally friendly ECF (elemental chlorine-free) wood-free and FSC-certified cellulose, while the packaging is made with G F Smith Colorplan, a bright, beautiful stock with a responsible environmental impact thanks to careful sourcing and energy use throughout the production process. The result is a series of premium postcards that would look as good displayed on a wall as they would bearing hand-written notes from a loved one.
"We've launched ROADBOOK to connect a global community of creative travellers who are taking more conscious journeys and are responding in ways that inspire." Michael Parker, ROADBOOK co-founder & CEO.
"This series sums up what ROADBOOK stands for and believes in - creative travellers telling their own stories and showcasing what a journey means to them through their art." Matthew Johnston, ROADBOOK creative director.
